Vintage Cartier diamond and ruby flush-set 18ct yellow gold gypsy ring

• Finger size K (we can only re-size this up or down by two sizes)

• Band measuring 7.9mm at widest point and tapering to 4.1mm

• The central round brilliant-cut diamond measuring 3.5mm approx 0.16ct with an estimated colour and clarity of F/G VVS. The two round rubies measuring 2.5mm each.

• Signed Cartier 750 for 18ct gold with the serial number and french eagle hallmark

• Weighing 7.6g
